Time ladies and gentleman please

It is understandable that our customers want to get the most out of every day but please remember that tankers should be leaving, not arriving at, treatment centres by the published closing times.

Looking after our customers is what the Organic Waste staff are very good at.

They are more than willing to accommodate pre booked late loads and frequently offer assistance on the many occasions that demand it - but habitual last minute arrivals are taking a real risk of not being accepted.

Organic Waste treatment centres are highly regulated and opening hours are no exception to the Environmental Permitting Regulations.

Vehicles should arrive in time for samples to be taken, paperwork completed and the load discharged before the official closing time - 15 minutes at a push and 20 minutes if you want to leave with a smile on the waste technicians face.
