Waste enquiries generate prizes
Waste enquiries generate prizes
- competition winners
Paul Sellick , from Viridor, Taunton,
and Kim Ward from the OSS Group in Oxford started 2010 by scooping
first and second prizes respectively in last year's 'Waste
enquiries generate prizes' competition. The competition not only
rewarded the individuals with a generous prize of the ever popular
M&S vouchers, but their respective company will each benefit
from one months reduced transaction invoice.
Asked how he thought the vouchers might be spent Paul commented:"
My wife, since hearing the good news, has already been in Marks and
Spencer's and has picked up a catalogue." The popularity of the
competition, which ran from the 1 October to 1 December 2009, was
very successful and doubled the amount of enquiries usually
received for that period of the year. Sarah Barker, who
administered the competition and drew the lucky winners, commented:
"It was not only the initial response that was positive, enquiry
numbers remained constantly high right to the end of the
competition. The double benefit to both the individual and the
company was obviously attractive." If you have any waste streams
