“Oh yes he did” – Chris gives his panto tickets away
The winner, or more
correctly the triple winners, of Organic Waste's Halloween monster
pumpkin deal competition, were Chris Warmsley, Chris White and
Beckie Kirton of Whites Recycling Limited at South Witham,
Grantham, in Lincolnshire.
Chris Warmsley was the original winner of the family pantomime
tickets but having adult offspring of his own he gave the tickets
to his boss (wise move) and colleague for their families to
enjoy.
Chris and Beckie and their respective families enjoyed an
evening of swashbuckling, villainous skullduggary and the usual
panto jokes at a performance of Treasure Island in the Peter
O'Toole Theatre in North
Hykeham.
The quote of the evening came from Beckie's two seven year old
boys who 'raved' all the way home about what a fantastic time they
had, with absolutely no comparison to their previous Cinderella and
Sleeping Beauty pantomime experiences, as they said 'they're for
girls!'
Now the weather is warming up it's time to get the family ready
to plant those pumpkin seeds.
